A driver was arrested following a traffic stop Saturday, February 3 at 7:55 p.m. ET.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies conducted the traffic stop for infractions
Police say the driver, Luis Angel Pulido Hinostroza, 38, told deputies that he did not have a license.
He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
