A Tyner woman was arrested following a single-vehicle accident Tuesday, February 13 at 12:37 a.m. ET in the 19,000 block of 5th Road in Marshall County.
Upon investigation, officers located a gray 2023 Toyota Camry that had left the roadway and sustained damage, according to the report.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Lacey A. Gann of Tyner. Police say Gann was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of this accident. Field sobriety tests were completed and a certified blood draw reportedly showed her blood alcohol to be over two times the legal limit.
Gann was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or greater.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
