Indianapolis Man Arrested after Traffic Stop

An Indianapolis man was recently arrested following a traffic stop in Marshall County.

Marshall County Police conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Tahoe Thursday, January 11 in the area of U.S. 31 and Lincoln Highway. Upon investigation, the driver, Terrance O. Phillips, was found to have suspected marijuana, according to the report. He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
