On Dec. 17 at 6:45 p.m. Plymouth officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Hoham Dr. and Western.
The driver, identified as Timothy Hathaway, 54 of Plymouth was determined to be driving while suspended and taken into custody.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
