The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained a complaint that a serious sex offender had gone onto the property of Culver Academy and was allegedly taking pictures of students.
After an investigation, a report was completed and submitted to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review an arrest warrant was issued for James F. Renick, of Beech Grove, Indiana.
On Wednesday, December 21 officers of the Marion County Sheriff’s Department along with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located and arrested James F. Renick and booked him into the Marshall County Jail for unlawful entry of a school of a school property by a serious sex offender.
