On Dec. 15 at 8:37 p.m. officers of the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the area of Adams and Plum Street for a property damage accident.
The driver of one vehicle, Edwin Villanueva Sevilloa, 22 of Plymouth had multiple warrants and has never had a drivers license.
Sevilloa was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
