Plymouth Police Department Conducts Traffic Stops, Two Arrested in Separate Incidents

Plymouth Police Department officers recently conducted two traffic stops which resulted in the arrest of the drivers.

The first traffic stop occurred Tuesday, November 28 at 9:18 p.m. ET at U.S. 30 and Oak Drive as the driver was allegedly speeding. The driver, identified as Juan J. Arroyo-Gomez, 28 of Columbus, Ohio also reportedly did not have a drivers license. He was taken into custody.

On Wednesday, November 20 at 10:27 p.m. ET officers made a traffic stop at Michigan and Skylane in Plymouth. The officer noticed a vehicle passing Plymouth-Goshen Trail with no lights on. Police say the driver, Oscar Mancia, 35, of Goshen was determined to never have had a license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
