Plymouth officers responded to Red D Mart on Tuesday, December 5 at 12:11 a.m. ET after receiving reports that a suspicious male had been exposing himself to customers.
Officers identified the suspect as Devoe S. Watkins, 48, of Plymouth. Watkins had allegedly been urinating in the parking lot and exposing himself to people as they were getting fuel.
Watkins was taken into custody on preliminary charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
