Plymouth officers were dispatched to West Harrison Street Tuesday, December 12 for the report of a possible domestic incident.
After arriving at the scene, police say officers found a female victim. The suspect was identified as Michael C. Morales, 45, of Plymouth.
It was revealed that Morales was in violation of a protective order, according to the report. He was found at his residence in Maple Wood Park. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
