On Dec. 15 Marshall County Officers conducted a traffic stop on Harrison St and Oak Rd.
The driver identified as Darwin I Paguada Almendares was found to have never been licensed. Darwin was taken to Marshall County Jail and booked with Operating without ever obtaining a license.
