Plymouth Police were dispatched to Kroger on Dec. 14 at 7:31 p.m. for a report of an intoxicated man.
The man was identified as Vincent Elder of Plymouth and it was determined that he had driven his vehicle to the parking lot and illegally parked it in a handicap spot.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail for operating while intoxicated.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
