A Warsaw man was arrested Sunday, November 12 after Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies conducted a traffic stop.
The vehicle was stopped as the driver, 54-year-old Jacob R. Kizer, reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign at Oak Drive and Hoham Drive in Plymouth shortly after 9 p.m. ET.
While conducting the traffic stop police say Kizer admitted to being in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia. Kizer was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
