
Plymouth Police were dispatched to Walmart on Nov. 15 at 10:30 a.m. for a report of a suspect attempting to leave the store with a cart full of unpaid items.
Officers spoke to Keith Eastwood, 66, of Plymouth who gave a false name and was wearing unpaid clothing.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail pending charges of theft and false informing.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
