
On Nov. 16 at 1:30 a.m. K-9 Officer Diesel and deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, with the assistance of officers from the Plymouth Police Department, conducted an investigation and executed a search warrant at the Economy Inn in Plymouth. Arrested were 39-year-old Gary Parks, 31-year-old Ashley Felix, and 59-year-old Albert Graham Sr. all of Plymouth.

During the investigation, a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and legend drugs were located. Indiana Department of Child Services Agents were contacted, arrived on scene, and took custody of a 12-year-old female juvenile and 8-month-old female juvenile.
The juvenile’s drug tested positive for methamphetamine and were transported to the hospital for various medical conditions.

Parks was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Dealing Methamphetamine – Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 3 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Level 6 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent – Level 6 Felony, Possession of Marijuana – Level 6 Felony, Legend Drug Possession – Level 6 Felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia – Class C Misdemeanor.
Felix was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Dealing Methamphetamine – Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 3 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Level 6 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent – Level 6 Felony, Legend Drug Possession – Level 6 Felony, Possession of Marijuana – Class B Misdemeanor, and Possession of Paraphernalia – Class C Misdemeanor.
Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Dealing Methamphetamine – Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 3 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Level 6 Felony, and Possession of Paraphernalia – Class C Misdemeanor.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
