On Nov. 13 at 10:45 p.m. Plymouth Police officers investigated a call in the area of Skylane Drive.
During that investigation, a man identified as Patrick A. McCullough, 36, of Walkerton was found to be intoxicated. Shortly after officers were leaving the call McCullough was found operating his vehicle preparing to leave the scene.
An officer made contact with him a second time and would eventually take him into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
McCullough was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
