Domestic Disturbance, and Foot Chase, Bring Two Arrests

On Nov. 14 at 2:46 a.m. Plymouth Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Dora Lane.


During the course of the investigation, two suspects were identified as Isaiah M. Batta, 23, of Plymouth, and Aleshia Bunch, 45, of Mentone.
Batta was taken into custody after a foot pursuit and fighting with officers. Bunch was also taken into custody after a brief struggle.
Both were taken to the Plymouth hospital where Batta allegedly repeatedly tried to bite and spit on officers.
Both Bunch and Batta were taken to the Marshall County Jail. Bunch faces charges of resisting law enforcement, battery, domestic battery, and disorderly conduct. Batta was lodged for resisting law enforcement, battery resulting in bodily injury, domestic battery, battery on law enforcement by bodily waste, and disorderly conduct.

Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
