Plymouth Police made a traffic stop for speeding on Nov. 19 at 1:29 a.m. at US 30 and Oak Road.
During the investigation, it was discovered that the driver, Troy Winandy, 51 of Indianapolis had a warrant in Newton County for reckless driving. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
