Two people were arrested Thursday, October 19 following a theft investigation.
Several law enforcement agencies in and around Marshall County had reports of thefts of trailers and equipment from businesses and homes.
During a joint investigation among the Plymouth Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, and St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department, two people were arrested and charged in Marshall County.
David Rice was taken into custody on two charges of theft, as a Level 5 Felony, and three charges of theft as a Level 6 Felony. Amber Sneed was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit theft as a Level 5 Felony.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
