
Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop Sunday, October 22 just after 7:30 p.m. ET at the intersection of Oak and Markley Drive.
During the stop, officers identified the driver as Jeanne M. Lampertius, 25, of Plymouth. It was determined that she was operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and she was taken to the Marshall County Jail on pending criminal charges of operating while intoxicated-endangering and possession of marijuana.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
