Plymouth Police Department Arrests Two in Separate Incidents

Plymouth Police Department officers recently investigated two calls that resulted in arrests. 

Plymouth officers and Plymouth EMS were called to Garden Court Apartments on Garro Street Friday, October 20 just before 6:30 p.m. ET for a 911 medical call.

Police made contact with Cody M. Sobieck, 30, of Plymouth who was transported to Plymouth Hospital for medical clearance. He was then taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of public intoxication and visiting a common nuisance.

In a separate incident, Marshall County Dispatch received a call Saturday, October 21 just before 1:30 a.m. ET of a car in front of a house at Garro and Third Street playing loud music and doing “burnouts”.

Police located Juan C. Cantero Jr., 23, of Plymouth who was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
