Officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrested suspects in recent calls for assistance.
Two Plymouth men are in jail after an alleged domestic disturbance on Sunday, October 8. At 5:54 a.m. ET, police were called to the 1000 block of Monroe St. in Plymouth for a domestic disturbance. Two men, later identified as Alixon Rivera-Ruiz, 25, and Allan Raudales-Zuniga, 34, were arrested on prelimimary charges of battery and strangulation and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Later in the day, an officer with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson and 3rd Street and made an arrest.
Jose Martin David Garcia, 39, of Plymouth was found to never have obtained a driver’s license. Once at the jail, it was discovered that he was reportedly concealing suspected cocaine. He was booked on preliminary charges of trafficking with an inmate, possession of cocaine and operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
