A Valparaiso man was arrested late Thursday night following a traffic stop.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K9 Deputy conducted the traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive. The driver of the vehicle was
identified as 41-year-old Ralph Dunston of Valparaiso. Dunston was reportedly found to have two active warrants through Marshall County. He was also found to be driving with a suspended license through Ohio.
Dunston was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended and his two active warrants.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
