A traffic stop Wednesday, August 30 resulted in the arrest of a motorcycle driver.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K9 deputy conducted a traffic stop with a motorcycle in the area of South County Line Road and Upas Road around 11 p.m. ET.
The driver of the motorcycle was identified as 33-year-old Jonathan Greene of Monterey. Greene was suspected of operating the vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol and controlled substances.
During the traffic stop, suspected marijuana was located.
Greene was taken to the Plymouth hospital for a chemical test. Upon doing so, he was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana with a prior drug conviction and possession of over 30 grams of marijuana or over 5 grams of hash, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty by a court of law.
