
Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the 1400 block of North Michigan in Plymouth Thursday, July 27 at 1:25 p.m. ET for an unwanted guest.
The victim pointed out Jan Lemler, 61, of Plymouth as he left the scene on his bicycle. He attempted to evade police on his bike. After a brief chase, he was taken into custody without incident.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and has a preliminary charge of resisting law enforcement.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
