Plymouth Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop near Glenn Overmyer Drive Saturday, July 29 at 1:30 a.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle, Marvin Lopez-Espinal, 42, of Plymouth was reportedly found to be operating the vehicle without ever having received a license.
Lopez-Espinal also had an outstanding arrest warrant for operating without ever receiving a license.
Once at the Marshall County Jail, he was found to be in possession of a fraudulent Indiana identification card, according to the report.
He faces preliminary charges of counterfeit government-issued identification, operating a vehicle while intoxicated without ever receiving a license, and an outstanding warrant.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
