A suspect was recently arrested on active warrants in Marshall County.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies made an arrest for an open warrant Friday, July 28.
Jamie Wacasey, 43, of Plymouth was located in the area of State Road 17 and 10B Road and arrested on three outstanding warrants.
Wacasey was wanted for a Felony failure to appear and two civil contempt warrants. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail without bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
