Probation Violation Puts Bremen Man in Jail, Police Investigate Altercation

Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Monday, July 31 just before noon ET for a probation violation.

Eduardo Rodriguez, 42 was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

In a separate incident, two men were arrested Monday, July 31 by the Plymouth Police Department. 

Renan Gutierrez-Mencia, 23, and Yohan Hernandez, 22, both of Plymouth were taken into custody for suspected aggravated battery during an altercation that occurred on West Harrison Street the previous day.

During the arrest, Hernandez was reportedly found to be in possession of a white powdery substance.

Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. 

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
