Plymouth Police Officers Arrest Plymouth Man for Battery

Plymouth Police Department officers were called to South Michigan Street Tuesday, August 1 at 5:22 p.m. ET for a report of a domestic battery.

Officers found a female with visible injuries to her head, according to the report.

As a result of the investigation, Richard Milton, 52, of Plymouth was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of domestic battery with serious bodily injury, domestic battery in the presence of a minor, and domestic battery with a prior conviction.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

In a separate incident, a man is in custody for an outstanding warrant.

Plymouth Police responded to Pidco Drive for a report of an unwanted guest.

Officers took Stephen Cordova, 40, of Plymouth into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
