Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the scene of an accident in the 700 block of West Harrison Thursday, July 27 at 9:20 p.m. ET.
While conducting the accident investigation, it was found the driver, Maximino Bermudez, 39, of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
