Plymouth Man Arrested for Battery

A domestic disturbance landed a man in jail Thursday night.

Marshall County Central Dispatch personnel advised Plymouth Police Department officers just before 8 p.m. ET of a domestic disturbance in progress involving two males.

Investigation at the scene led to Christopher J. Miller, 45, of Plymouth, being placed under arrest and transported to the Plymouth hospital for medical treatment and jail clearance. The other male was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Miller was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on preliminary charges of battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery with serious bodily injury.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
