A Plymouth woman was arrested Saturday, August 12 following a traffic stop in Plymouth.
Plymouth police conducted the traffic stop at 12:45 a.m. ET at Council and Western Avenue.
Police say an officer conducted a field sobriety test on the driver, Karen Krause, 54, of Plymouth and during that test K9 Diesel indicated the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.
Krause was taken into custody on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
