Indianapolis Man Arrested for Operating without a License

An Indianapolis man was arrested Friday, August 18 following a traffic stop in Marshall County.

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies conducted the traffic stop in the area of Veterans Parkway and U.S. 31 at 1 a.m. ET.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as 40-year-old Garly Jacques of Indianapolis.

Jacques was reportedly found to be operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
