Plymouth Police Department officers were called to the area of Laporte and Walnut Streets in Plymouth for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area.
Officers located the vehicle and the driver, 22-year-old Colton B. Morgan of Argos, was checked through standardized field sobriety testing and found later to be almost four times the legal limit for alcohol, according to the report.
Morgan was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
