Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to North Michigan Street in Plymouth Thursday, June 28 in reference to a person trespassing.
While enroute to the scene, the officers were informed that the suspect had left the premises headed south on Michigan. Police were able to locate the suspect, Chasity Dalton, 35, with no known address and took her into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, a hypodermic syringe and theft.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
