Plymouth Police Department officers made an arrest Thursday, July 6 for an outstanding warrant from Fulton County.
An officer was checking on a man on North Michigan Street and discovered he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant in Fulton County for failure to appear. Jeffrey Looney, 47, of Goshen was taken into custody and later transported to Fulton County Jail by Marshall County Jail staff.
In a separate incident, Plymouth officers made an arrest Saturday, July 8 for a warrant in Starke County.
Police were called to the area of Oak Road and North Jefferson Street at 12:40 a.m. ET for a suspicious person. An officer identified 45-year-old Timothy Binion, of Plymouth and learned that he had an active warrant. He was taken into custody and transferred to Starke County.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
