Two people were arrested in Plymouth Friday, July 7 after an investigation by the Plymouth Police Department.
Plymouth Police began an investigation after receiving complaints of people living in storage units on Washington Street in Plymouth.
Officers discovered Kenneth Mattern, 49, and Chelsy Doyle, 32, both of Plymouth living in a storage unit.
Suspected drug paraphernalia was found in plain sight along with suspected narcotics.
Mattern and Doyle were taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of paraphernalia.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
