Deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest for driver never licensed.
Marshall County Dispatch received a call Sunday, July 2 at 7:41 p.m. ET of a vehicle on State Road 17 near Sycamore driving at a slow rate of speed and all over the road.
A deputy located the vehicle and observed that it did not make a complete stop. During the traffic stop, it was learned the driver, Dorina Del Carmen Rivera Isaula, had never received a driver’s license.
She was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked on a preliminary charge of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
