Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies made an arrest for possession of marijuana Tuesday, July 4 at 12:13 a.m. ET.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call from a residence on 7B Road in regards to a disturbance.
The caller stated Cody Boehm was reportedly intoxicated and damaging things in the residence.
Sheriff’s deputies and officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrived and during the investigation, a clear bag containing suspected marijuana was located in the room next to Boehm.
Boehm was taken into custody and transported to the Plymouth Hospital for jail clearance due to his level of intoxication. Boehm was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
