A Plymouth Police Department detective arrested a South Bend man for an active warrant Thursday, June 1.
The detective initiated a traffic stop on a car driven by Joseph P. Gerber II at around 9:34 a.m. ET and knew him to have active warrants in three counties.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
