The Plymouth Police Department recently made an arrest of a Plymouth resident for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Officers initiated a traffic stop Tuesday just before noon on North Michigan Street. Lee A. Melling, 32, of Plymouth was reportedly determined to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
