The Plymouth Common Council approved Resolution No. 2023-1055 A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Plymouth to Approve the Application of David Leffel for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant.
The Leffel’s are replacing five, large drafty windows in the apartments above Beary’s Ice Cream Shop in downtown Plymouth at 203 North Michigan St. The total bid amount was $4,287.12; the rebate program will cover 20% of that amount which totals $857.42.
The Common Council will meet again on Monday, June 26th at 6:30 p.m. following the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meeting that starts at 6 p.m. that same day.
