A man was taken into custody by Plymouth Police on a charge of burglary and public intoxication in an incident Wednesday, June 7.
Officers were called to a law firm at 1825 North Michigan by dispatch who was on the phone with the business owner watching on security cameras as Justin A. Boyle, 35, was attempting to break into the back door causing damage, according to the report.
Police located Boyle on the property and he was also found to be intoxicated.
He was taken into custody.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
