Marshall County Election Board Holds Public Test of Machines

MARSHALL COUNTY — The Marshall County Election Board conducted the public test of machines last Monday which passed.

Tuesday, April 4 is the first day to vote an in-person absentee ballot. April 13 is the first day to vote confined voters.

Voters can request an Absentee Ballot by mail by calling 574-935-8713 or online at www.indianavoters.in.gov. The deadline for the Marshall County Clerk’s Office to receive an application for the 2023 Municipal Primary is April 20, 2023 by 11:59 p.m. The Clerk’s Office must receive all absentee voting ballots by 12 p.m. (noon) on May 1.

Walk-In Early Voting will be held on April 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, and 28 at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office located at 211 W. Madison St., Plymouth from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m, and on May 1 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon).

A Saturday voting opportunity will be held on Saturday, April 22 at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office and at the Bremen Pines located at 1820 W. Plymouth St., Bremen from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A second Saturday voting opportunity will be held on Saturday, April 29 at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office and at the Culver Administration Building located at 700 School St., Culver from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A reminder to candidates that Campaign Finance Reports are due by 12 p.m. (noon) on April 14.

Poll Worker training will be held on April 19th at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room, Room 203 in the Marshall County Building.

Republicans or Democrats interested in serving as a Poll Worker this year should contact Republican Chair Deborah VanDeMark or Democratic Chair Shiloh Milner.
