A single-vehicle accident reportedly landed a Bremen man in jail Thursday night. Marshall County Police say Lucas Matthew Heyde, 29, drove a 1967 Chevrolet off the roadway while over two times the legal limit for alcohol.
Officers say it happened around 11:30 in the 300 block of Miami Trail. Heyde is accused of operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
