Plymouth’s 2021 street and sidewalk projects have gotten interest from four companies. The bids opened during last week’s board of works meeting ranged from just under $447,000 to more than $599,000, with E & B Paving the apparent low bidder.
The other bidders were Milestone Contractors North, Niblock Excavating, and Rieth-Riley Construction. This year’s projects include mill and fill work on portions of Fifth, Westgate, Dickman, Webster, and LaPorte, along with the reconstruction of Seventh from Harrison to Beerenbrook.
City officials will review the bids, and the board will be asked to confirm his recommendation at an upcoming meeting.
