A Flood Warning has been issued for the Yellow River at Plymouth. The National Weather Service expects the river to rise above flood stage just after midnight Monday morning, before falling below flood stage in the early afternoon. Minor flooding is forecast.
Residents are reminded not to drive through flooded areas and not to allow children to play near floodwaters.
