Two Bremen residents were arrested following a theft investigation. Bremen Police say they responded to a theft Wednesday on North Marshall Street.
Lindsay Richmond, 33, and Dustin Woods, 32, each face two potential Level 6 felony charges of theft and two potential Level 6 felony charges of identity deception. Woods is also accused of being a habitual traffic violator.
