More Starke, Marshall, Pulaski County Residents Test Positive for COVID-19

The COVID-19 case count continues to increase in Starke, Marshall, and Pulaski counties. Starke County had another four residents test positive. That brings the total up to 184, according to Saturday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health.

Marshall County reported three new positive cases, for a revised total of 807. Pulaski County added one positive case for a total of 85. No new deaths were reported locally.

The state as a whole reported almost 1,100 new positive cases Saturday and 15 new deaths. Almost 80,000 Hoosiers have tested positive for COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic. Of those, 2,921 are confirmed to have died, while another 207 Hoosiers are believed to have died with COVID-19 as a contributing cause but didn’t have a positive test.
