More Starke and Marshall county residents have tested positive for COVID-19. Marshall County had 14 new cases, according to Friday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health. That brings the county up to 636 residents who’ve tested positive, 11.6 percent of the total number of people tested.
Starke County had two more residents test positive, bringing its total up to 128. The state as a whole reported 747 new positive cases Friday, for a total of 54,813. Eight more Hoosiers have died, bringing Indiana’s total number of confirmed deaths up to 2,610.
