None of those three counties has had more than 10 percent of COVID-19 tests come back positive, which is under the state average.
The state as a whole reported 521 new COVID-19 cases Friday for a total of 33,558. Another 40 Hoosiers have died, bringing the number of confirmed deaths to 1,946. There are also 164 Indiana residents whose deaths were likely related to COVID-19 but didn’t have a positive test.
